"Dear Tony: Thank you for your letter of June 5th and enclosures concerning our recent window installations which you arranged for us and we are indeed very pleased with the whole project and outcome. The crew of three arrived slightly before schedule, immediately covered our broadloom with drop sheets in the appropriate areas and the removal of our 50 year old windows began. There was very little in the way of dust and each of the crew, under the direction of Jose, certainly knew their respective roles leading up to the installation of the 12 foot bow window and the 4 other regular windows. The clean up was ongoing throughout and as my wife Shirley correctly said - the whole operation was seamless from start to finish and the best anyone could expect. To sum up, we are enjoying the many benefits of such fine windows, they give the front of our house a fine makeover and we thank you and your work team for your combined efforts in providing us with a first class job. Our delay in responding to your above communication was largely because we were enjoying an early vacation this month. Also we have been debating about having you quote on installing three new windows on the first floor, back and side of the house, and perhaps finishing the job with 4 new basement windows. Our next vacation starts at the end of July, and while we can appreciate you are likely still busy with the Federal Government continuing to advertise their benefits to undertake home improvements, perhaps you can fit us in for a visit in the next 2 or 3 weeks. Hasan in North York Dec 17, 2007 Home Decor excels in all areas service and product "I would highly recommend "Home Decor Windows and Doors" to anyone who is interested in redoing their windows and doors for an existing house or a new one. Dealing with Home Decor personnel was a pleasure from start to the end, specially with Tony De Bartolo who is excellent sales person who knows how to deal with a customer and a true professional and Jose who is a an excellent installer. I got a number of estimates from other companies and Home Decor’s price was the best. As they say price is not everything. Material, quality, workmanship and service are more important and Home Decor excels in all these areas. I put an order to replace all the windows, a bay window and a patio door in the house. They promised 6-7 weeks of delivery and 2-3 days to complete the work. The delivery was on time and the installation by Jose and his team was the best experience I've had for long time related to contractors of late. I highly recommend that you go with this company if you're looking for good doors and/or windows. You will not be disappointed. "

The final product actually exceeded our expectations .I would recommend you to anyone who is interested in redoing their windows and doors. Our home is an old house and is of course not level and square due to shifting over the years. Jose managed to make everything square when he installed the windows and did so on 2 of the hottest days of the summer. He was very detailed, unlike previous companies we had hired. Tony and his product seemed too good to be true, but Tony won my trust and business. He was totally professional and efficient, followed up all the way and was a delight to work with. The installation was exactly on time and the site was cleaned up. The windows seem excellent (I even had a contractor friend check them out, with Tony's complete cooperation). Only time will tell how well the windows stand up, but so far the experience has been like none other I have had."

Paul from Toronto Apr 12, 2007 Very Happy "Had Home Decor install 8 double-hung windows plus a new door (with ODL doorlight) recently. The price we received (vs. three other vendors from whom I got quotes) was terrific - about $1,000 less in total. Delivery was as they promised (7-8 weeks) and installation was the best experience I've had among my (unfortunately many) experiences with contractors of late. One day and done - as promised. Will definitely use them again when we need some other windows in the house replaced next year."

August 13th, 2003 Utmost satisfaction and enthusiasm! "Dear Tony, I had to write to Home Decor to express my utmost satisfaction and enthusiasm for the work done to my house yesterday. Seven weeks ago I was ready to sign a contract with another window installation company when my friend had recommended 'Tony' whom he had met at the home show. Although I was hesitant to call because I was only a signature shy of committing to someone else, I did call for an estimate. Not only was I accommodated within two days for a quote on all the windows for my house, but I was given sound advice, and most importantly the quote was almost $1,000 less than the "very best" price that any other company came down to. There was no 'back and forth' haggling but rather the best price up front. I signed the dotted line on the spot. August 12th 2003 I was called at the last minute due to a cancellation that Home Decor had. I could not have them come last minute due to my husband working crazy hours, and as well, I have recently returned to work and looking after my five month old. Arnold, one of two installers called to convince me that it would be okay if they came. They would move anything out of the way that had to be moved and there would be no mess. At 7:50 am Arnold and co-worker were there promptly and I was able to get to the babysitter and leave two strangers in my house for the day. By 5: 00 I returned to the job completed to perfection, all my furniture in place and intact, my tree trimmed to get to the windows and branches piled neatly, and best of all envious neighbours. Being in the media world I am in contact with people day in and day out, and would highly recommend Home Decor for any work they had to offer. Thank you for all your accommodations and fine work.
